It is uncertain exactly how old the child Henry was when he died. Heis known by name from an entry in a family Bible, and his grave hasbeen located in what is now Mitchell farm, near Dalton, in CassCounty, Texas, where the Jenkins and Christian families lived. Thegravestone dates are unreadable, due to damage to the headstone.Family tradition suggests Henry was born in 1876. Thus he would havebeen only about 4 years old at most when he died, as he never appearsin a census.
